Gnocchi Sausage Dish
Summary
A succulent, delicious everyday casserole is made from ready-made potato gnocchi and spicy raw sausage. Not only is this casserole ready in half an hour, but it may very well be your new everyday favourite.
Ingredients
400g crushed tomato flavoured with herbs
500g ready potato gnocchi
200g spicy raw sausage
250g cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
½ tsp salt
ground black pepper
75g butter
3-4 clove of garlic
5 stalks thyme
200g Valio Gouda
Guide
1 Pour the tomato paste on the bottom of a baking dish (20 x 30 cm).
2 Spread the gnocchi on top of the tomato crumble. Cut the sausages into small pieces.
3 Halve the tomatoes and chop the onion. Spread into the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
4 Sprinkle the butter cubes, chopped garlic, thyme sprigs and grated cheese on top.
5 Bake in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for 20 min.
TIP
If you want, cover with cling film before baking and store in the fridge until the next day.
