Summary
Minced meat noodle pan is a dish that can be easily prepared in one pan, where you can vary the vegetables and their amount to your liking. The food, which is prepared in just a quarter of an hour, makes everyday life easier and at the same time a noodle dish that the whole family can enjoy.
Ingredients
400g ground beef, fat 10%
1 onion
approx. 150 g paprika or other vegetables
40g tomato paste
300 ml water
60g seasoned instant noodles
100g mini plum tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp cream cheese
150g Valio Quattro Formaggi cheese
For serving: chopped fresh herbs
Guide
1 Brown the minced meat, chopped onion and diced paprika in a pan. Season with the seasoning mixes from two noodle packages.
2 Add tomato paste. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in the noodles.
3 Add the tomatoes and cream cheese. Let it boil for 5 min or until the noodles are almost cooked.
4Sprinkle grated cheese on top, put the lid on and simmer for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
5 Finish with parsley and serve.
