Summary
Fill the baguettes with the traditional ham-pineapple-cheese filling and enjoy.
Ingredients
2 Baguette
150g Valio Quattro Grated Cheese
250g Strips of ham
140g Drained pineapple chunks
2 clove of garlic
chopped fresh basil
50g Butter (at room temperature)
Guide
1 Cut a slit lengthwise on top of the baguette so that the bottom of the baguette stays together.
2 Combine the filling ingredients together. Spread the filling on the patong cut. Wrap the baguette in foil and close the top.
3 Heat in the grill or oven at 225°C for 20 minutes*.
4 Serve with a fresh salad or have as a snack.
TIP * If you want a crispier and browned surface for the baguettes, open the foil wrapper 5 minutes before the cooking time.
