Base
250 g butter
400 g wheat flour
250 g Quattro Formaggi
Filling
300 g ham
2 paprika (bell peppers)
15 cm (about 100 g) leek
250 ml Cooking Cream
Three Onions
175 g Quattro Formaggi
3 eggs
Freshly ground black pepper
100 g chopped parsley
Guide
1 Mix the butter and flour together. Stir in the grated cheese. Press the dough until smooth and roll or pat it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
2 Dice the ham and bell pepper. Finely chop the well-washed leek. Spread on the pastry base. Mix the other filling ingredients together and pour the mixture onto the base.
3 Bake in the lower part of the oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
