Cheese crackers

Summary

Thin and crispy Valio cheese crackers are great to serve at dinner parties or as part of a cheese board.

Ingredients

250gr Valio Gouda Cutting Cheese

Optional toppings (choose one or mix):

sesame seeds

cumin

almond chips

olive slices

chopped capers

Guide

1 Grate or finely chop the Valio cheese.

2 Spread small heaps of grated Valio cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape them into ~5 cm rounds.

3 Sprinkle with any toppings you like (optional).

4 Bake in the oven at 200 °C (~390 °F) for about 8 minutes or until golden.

5 Optional: once hot, press the baked Valio cheese rounds gently with a rolling pin to flatten slightly into cracker shapes.

6 Cool and crisp: Let the crackers cool fully. They crisp up as they cool.
