Ingredients

30g butter

100gr pre-processed wild mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms

1 onion (small)

100g smoked ham in strips

½ tsp salt

black pepper

8 eggs

100ml fresh cream

150g Valio Quattro Formaggi

50g fresh parsley

Guide

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2 Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped mushrooms and onion. Fry for a moment and add the ham slices and spices.

3 Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the cream, grated cheese and parsley. Combine all ingredients and pour into a baking or pie dish (24 x 28 cm) lined with baking paper.

4 Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until the surface is nicely browned and the food has set. Let cool. Cut into portions and serve with a salad for brunch or as an evening snack.
