Pasta alfredo with chicken

400 g ribbon pasta

50 g butter

300 g chicken fillet strips

Salt and pepper

200 ml whipping cream

1 pack Valio Cheese Quattro Formaggi
Guide
1 Boil the pasta in salted water.
2 Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown.
3 Season with a few grinds of salt and black pepper.
4 Add the cream and grated Valio cheese cheese (reserve a little to finish the portions) and heat gently until the Valio cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
5 Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the sauce in the pan. Add a little pasta water if needed. Toss everything together until well combined.
6 Finish each serving with the remaining grated Valio cheese.
