Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
200g frozen onions
200 g each frozen spinach
400 g tomato paste
3–4 tablespoons of milk
250 ml cream cheese
¾ tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
8 lasagna sheets
150g Quattro Formaggi Valio cheese
Guide
1 In a saucepan, sauté the onion and spinach until softened. Add the crushed tomatoes and seasoned cream. Bring to a boil, then season to taste.
2 Spread 1/4 of the sauce into a greased baking dish. Top with lasagna sheets, sauce and grated cheese (leave half of the grated cheese on top). Continue until you have three layers of lasagna sheets and the sauce on top.
3 Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Add grated cheese on top. Bake again for 10 mins at 225 degrees.
