Tasty Chicken Meatballs

These easy chicken mince meatballs are a reliable everyday choice: they’re quick to prepare and suitable for many different dishes. The meatballs get their flavour from lemon and grated Valio cheese. You can easily cook them in the oven or in a pan.Ingredients

400 g minced chicken

130 g Valio Quattro Formaggi

1 egg

30 g breadcrumbs

3 tbsp lemon juice

25 g fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

½ tsp salt

½ tsp ground black pepper
Guide
1 Mix all the meatball ingredients in a bowl and let the mixture rest briefly to develop flavour.
2 With moistened hands, shape the mixture into 24 meatballs.
3 Bake at 225°C for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, fry the meatballs in butter (or margarine) in a pan for about 8 minutes, until cooked through.
