Texmex hotdog casserole
Summary
Prepare oven-baked hodars in one pan quickly for the whole group at once! Spicy grated cheese brings a new twist and Mexican flavors to familiar hodars.
Ingredients
6 hot dog buns
3 tablespoons ketchup
6 hot dog sausages
150g Valio Quattro Formaggi cheese
fresh coriander, chopped
chili
SALSA
230g salsa sauce
1 large diced tomato
1 small chopped red onion
½ lime juice
touch of salt
IN ADDITION
150g cream cheese
nacho chips
Guide
1 Place the rolls side by side in a baking dish, cut side up. Spread ketchup in the cut and place the sausages on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
2 Heat the hot dog pan in a 200 degree oven for about 10 minutes, until the rolls and sausages are toasted and the cheese has melted.
3 Meanwhile, prepare the salsa by mixing the ingredients in a bowl.
4 Spread the salsa over the hotdogs. Finish the hotdogs with fresh coriander and chili if desired.
5 Serve the hot dogs with sour cream, the remaining salsa sauce, and nachos.
