Maple Breakfast Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients

3 butter croissants

1 pack Valio Gouda

7 eggs

6 slices bacon

1/3 cup milk

maple syrup

salt & pepper to taste

chopped fresh chives, for garnishing

Guide

1 Beat the eggs together with the milk.
2 In a pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture and scramble it. Salt & pepper to taste.

3 In another pan, fry the bacon until crispy.

4 Add the cheese slices in the croissant and heat over medium heat in the microwave or oven, to melt the cheese.

5 Assemble the croissant: add the bacon on top of the cheese, drizzle with maple syrup, add the scrambled eggs and chives.
