A bagel is an easy and filling lunch or brunch dish. It's also easy to make for a snack and enjoy when you're hungry.
Ingredients
2 bagels
100g cream cheese
4 Valio Edam Cheese slices
25g baby spinach
100g cooked chicken
3.5 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes

1 Split the bagels and spread the cut surfaces with cream cheese. 2 Layer the fillings on the bottom of the bagel. Press the lids on top. 3 Enjoy for lunch or pack for a picnic or as a snack.
