Ingredients
600g ground beef
100ml fresh cream
black pepper
salt
200 g cream cheese
170 g bacon
150g Valio Gouda slices
1 pot iceberg lettuce
4 (300g) tomatoes
1 (200g) large red onion
2-3 (approx. 200 g) pickles
Guide
1 First prepare the sauce. Mix the cream cheese with the fresh cream.
2 Prepare the vegetables: Wash, dry and tear the lettuce. Slice the tomatoes, red onions and pickles.
3 Mix the fresh cream into the minced meat. Shape the dough into 4 patties.
4 Season the bottom and top of the patties with salt and pepper.
5 Grill the patties to your desired degree of doneness.
6 Towards the end of cooking, add the bacon to the grill. Place the cheese slices on top of the patties.
7 Quickly heat the split hamburger buns on the grill.
8 Spread the sauce on the top and bottom of the rolls.
9 Fill with vegetables, cheese patty, and bacon.
9 Serve immediately with a side dish (For example, coleslaw).
