Ingredients

300g sourdough bread

150g beef pastrami

200g Valio Gouda

50g cream cheese

2 tbsp canned chipotle

MARINATED RED ONION

1 Red onion

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp sugar
salt

Guide

1 Peel and slice the onion. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and mix. Let it marinate for a while.

2 Cut the bread into 8 slices.

3 Purée the cream cheese and chipotle with an immersion blender. Grease the bread with the mixture.

4 Layer the pastrami, cheese slices and onion on four pieces of bread.

5 Grill until the breads are crispy and the cheese is melted.
