Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • ½ pack Valio Gouda cheese
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • A pinch of salt
  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 40 g baby spinach

To serve:

  • 2 tbsp walnuts, crushed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Extra Valio Gouda cheese

Guide

1 Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Sauté briefly. Add the whipped cream and grated Valio Gouda. Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the Valio cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. Season with black pepper, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.

2 Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. The gnocchi are ready when they float to the surface. Drain and add them to the sauce along with the spinach. Stir until the spinach wilts.
