The success of ipH has been built on supporting brands in partnership with retail customers. We are proud of our flexibility in responding quickly to the needs of our customers, providing full support with regular deliveries to suit the needs of each customer. At the same time, we offer merchandising support in-store, with a crew of 15 merchandisers who ensure packet-perfect displays on a continuous basis. Our motto is quality in our service, support and our products.

The division is divided into two departments:

a) Pre-sale department provides service to the main organized hypermarket and supermarket chains, independent/regional supermarkets, mini-markets and groceries which are managed by the Pre-sales Segment Manager.  Each account is managed by a Key Account Manager who provides support to each account’s relevant Sales team and reports to the Pre-sale Segment Manager.  Approximately 60% of the company gross retail sales come from this channel’s business.

b) The Ex-Van department has been created in order to serve the small stores sector, including kiosks, small convenience stores, bakeries, petrol stations and other specialized retail stores.  The department is sub-divided into 3 geographical areas – Nicosia, Limassol & Pafos and Larnaka & Famagusta, and is managed by a dedicated Ex-Van Segment Manager.  Each area is managed by an Area Manager who gives support to each sales team and reports to the Ex-Van Segment Manager. Ex-Van accounts for approximately 40% of the company’s gross retail sales.
The orders and delivery schedules enforced ensure that ipH delivers according to the specific needs of each customer while our merchandisers work in all hypermarkets, supermarkets and medium-sized supermarkets to ensure the quality of ipH products displays and the presentation of the products.

On a daily basis, the team reports back to management on the status of each account and any key development in the market. Being pro-active and adaptable to change is key to keeping ahead of competition.
