A specialized team of HORECA Expert Sales Representatives provides solutions to small, medium-sized and large HORECA venue customers.

Understanding the needs of this specialized channel, ipH representatives are well experienced, trained and equipped to provide the appropriate and highly differentiated solutions to each customer based on the needs of their outlets and to explain the products that suit each business as well as each product’s application. On a daily basis, ipH representatives set high enough targets to exceed the expectations of all customers – not only regarding the quality of ipH products but also the level of service provided.

The HORECA sales team is subdivided by geographical region – Nicosia, Limassol & Pafos and Larnaka & Famagusta – and each region is headed by a sales supervisor who supports the salespersons. Key accounts are handled on a daily basis by the sales supervisors.

A pro-active approach to new opportunities, either by expanding existing chains or opening new outlets, is followed by ipH. HORECA business accounts for approximately 40% of ipH total gross sales (excluding the McDonald’s division business).
